Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress rediction, relief of muscle tension.
As in the case with any physical activity the risk of an injury, even serious, or disabling is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment. Under certain medical conditions yoga may not be recommended and considered safe. Every participant should have a physician approval and make a teacher aware of her/his medical conditions and physical limitations before practice session.
